Trouble detection condition<\/td>The maximum value and minimum value of detected temperature of the heating roller temperature sensor (TEMS2) is compared after a lapse of given time from starting of warm up and the gap between the value of maximum and minimum is below or above given temperatures.<\/td><\/tr>

-DC power supply (DCPS)
-CPU board (CPUB)

Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).<\/li>
  2. Check the open\/close operation of the right door.<\/li>
  3. Check the connector between the fusing unit-relay CN3-BASEB CN10E for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  4. Check the connector between the fusing unit-relay CN2-DCPS CN2 for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  5. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  6. Replace the fusing unit.<\/a> (Part# AAJRR70300)<\/li>
  7. Replace CPUB.<\/a> (Part# AAJRH01005)<\/li>
  8. Replace BASEB.<\/a> (Part# A93EH02007)<\/li>
  9. DCPS F102 or FU181 conduction check.<\/li>
  10. Replace DCPS.<\/a> (Part# AAJRR70600)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
