Trouble detection condition<\/td>-After warm-up operation starts, the heating roller temperature sensor\/1 (TEMS1) does not detect a temperature increasing to a predetermined one though a predetermined period of time has elapsed.
-From the start of warm-up operation, it does not terminate within a predetermined period of time.<\/td><\/tr>

-Heating roller temperature sensor\/1 (TEMS1)
-IH power supply unit (IHPU)
-Noise filter (NF1)
-MFP board (MFPB)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n

 Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).<\/li>
  2. Check the open\/close operation of the upper right door.<\/li>
  3. Check the connector between TEMS1-relay CN512-MFPB CN31E for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  4. Check the connector between NF1 CN1-CN1AC for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  5. Check the connector between NF1 CN2-IHPU CN1 for proper connection and correct as necessary. (Japan and Taiwan model only)<\/li>
  6. Check the connector between NF1 CN3-MFPB CN29E for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  7. Check the connector between IHPU CN6-MFPB CN26E for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  8. Replace the fusing unit.<\/a> (Part# A8JER70222)<\/li>
  9. Replace IHPU.<\/a> (Part# A8KNM40A02)<\/li>
  10. Replace NF1.<\/a> (Part# A795M40J00)<\/li>
  11. Replace MFPB.<\/a> (Part# A8JEH02002)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
