Trouble detection condition<\/td>C3722: Detected temperature of the heating roller thermistor\/Edg (TH1) goes beyond a given temperature for a given period of time consecutively.

C3725: Detected temperature of the heating roller temperature sensor (TEMS) goes beyond a given temperature for a given period of time consecutively.

-At the first time the high temperature abnormally is detected after the main power switch is turned on, Controller JAM 99-15 (heating roller temperature sensor abnormally high temperature detection) will be displayed. From the 2nd time that the high temperature abnormally is detected, the trouble code

C3725 will be displayed.

C3726: Detected temperature of the heating roller thermistor\/Ctr (TH2) goes beyond a given temperature for a given period of time consecutively.<\/td><\/tr>

-C3722: Heating roller thermistor\/Edg (TH1), or C3725: Heating roller temperature sensor (TEMS), or C3726: Heating roller thermistor\/Ctr (TH2)

-Base board (BASEB)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n

Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).<\/li>
  2. Check the open\/close operation of the right door.<\/li>
  3. Check the connector between the fusing unit-relay CN95-BASEB CN4E for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  4. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  5. Replace the fusing unit.<\/a> (Part# AA7NR70200)<\/li>
  6. Replace CPUB.<\/a> (Part# ACV7H02P02)<\/li>
  7. Replace BASEB.<\/a> (Part# ACV7H02101)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
