Trouble detection condition<\/td>C392B: The difference between the temperature corrected by the heating roller thermistor\/Edg (TH1) and the temperature detected by the heating roller thermistor\/Ctr (TH2) exceeds a predetermined value.

C392C: The heating detection thermistor AD value is higher than the threshold value longer than predetermined period of time.

C392D: The heating compensation thermistor AD value is higher than the threshold value longer than predetermined period of time.

C392E: The heating detection thermistor AD value and the heating compensation thermistor AD value are higher than the threshold value longer than predetermined period of time.<\/td><\/tr>

  1. Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).<\/li>
  2. Check the open\/close operation of the right door.<\/li>
  3. Check the connector between the fusing unit-relay CN3-BASEB CN10E for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  4. Check the connector between the fusing unit-relay CN2-DCPS CN2 for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  5. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  6. Replace the fusing unit.<\/a> (Part# ACT9R70100)<\/li>
  7. Replace CPUB.<\/a> (Part# ACTAH01003)<\/li>
  8. Replace BASEB.<\/a> (Part# ACTAH02014)<\/li>
