Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Check the ROM version.<\/li>
  2. Rewrite the firmware.<\/li>
  3. Check the connector between ERB CN1-BASEB CN20E for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  4. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.<\/li>
  5. Replace ERB.<\/a> (Part# AA2JH00C00)

    1. Replace the current ERB with a new one.
    2. Replace the following components with new ones.

    When the transfer belt unit, transfer roller and the fusing unit have been replaced with new ones, carry out the [Service Mode] -> [Counter] -> [Life] -> [New Release].

    \u2022 Fusing unit (Part# ACT9R70100)
    \u2022 Transfer roller (Part# AAJRR70500)
    \u2022 Feed roller, pick-up roller, separation roller (including options)
    \u2022 Tray 1 feed roller: (Part# A64J564101)
    \u2022 Manual bypass tray feed roller: (Part# A93E597500)
    \u2022 Tray 1 pick-up roller: (Part# A64J564201)
    \u2022 Manual bypass tray pick-up roller: (Part# A5C1562200)
    \u2022 Tray 1 separation roller: (Part# A11U560000)
    \u2022 Separation pad (Part# AAJRR72200)
    \u2022 Toner filter (Part# A92E158100)

  6. 3. Turn ON the main power switch and check to see that warm-up is started.<\/li>
  7. Make sure that malfunction codes other than C2650 or improper IU\/TC placement is not detected.<\/li>
  8. 4. Set the various setting values again.<\/li>
