Trouble detection condition<\/td>– C2152: The 1st transfer pressure sensor\/K (PS51) does not detect “switch from retraction to pressure” or “switch from pressure to retraction” within the set period of time during an initial position return.

– C2153: The 1st transfer pressure sensor\/K (PS51) does not detect \u201cswitch from retraction to pressure\u201d within the set period of time after the pressure operation has stared.

– C2155: The 1st transfer pressure sensor\/K (PS51) is unblocked even after the set period of time has elapsed when the pressure operation is complete.

– C2157: The 1st transfer pressure sensor\/K (PS51) does not detect \u201cswitch from pressure to retraction\u201d within a set period time after the retraction operation has started. Or the 1st transfer pressure sensor\/K (PS51) is blocked even after the set period of time has elapsed when the retraction operation is complete.<\/td><\/tr>

Procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Check the connector between M21-relay CN428-BASEB CN19E for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Check the connector of M21 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Check for proper sliding operation of the transfer belt unit transfer roller pressure gear and the proper roller operation. Correct as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Check the connector between PS51-relay CN297-BASEB CN27E for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. PS51 I\/O check, sensor check\n
