Trouble detection condition<\/td>C3101:
– The fusing pressure home sensor (PS59) is not turned ON (pressed) even after the lapse of a predetermined period of time after the pressure operation of the pressure roller has started.

– The fusing pressure home sensor (PS59) is not turned ON (pressed) when the pressure operation of the pressure roller is complete.<\/td><\/tr>
Trouble isolation<\/td>C3103:
– The fusing pressure home sensor (PS59) is not turned OFF (retracted) even after the lapse of a predetermined period of time after the retraction operation of the pressure roller has started.

  1. Check the connector between M29-BASEB CN62E for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Check the connector of M29 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Check the connector between the fusing unit-relay CN807-BASEB CN30E for proper connection and correct as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
