Procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Check the setting value in [Max Image Density Adj] of [Service Mode] -> [Imaging Process Adjustment] and, if it is negative, readjust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Check the drive transmission portion of the drum\/developing unit and correct as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Clean the IDCS\/Fr window if dirty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Clean the contact of the drum\/developing unit connector if dirty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Check the connector between HV1 CN1-BASEB CN9E for proper connection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Replace the drum unit.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Replace the developing unit.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Replace the transfer belt unit.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Replace HV1.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. BASEB F12E or F13E conduction check.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Replace BASEB.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
