Trouble detection condition<\/td>– The wrong model of firmware is detected in the CPU board when the main power switch is turned ON.
– The machine type information (Machine, Type) registered to the machine differs from the actual machine type.<\/td><\/tr>
Trouble isolation<\/td>–<\/td><\/tr>
Relevant electrical parts<\/td>– Storage board (STRGB)
– CPU board (CPUB)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Check the ROM version.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Check the machine type information registered and reenter as necessary.
    For details the machine information, see \u201cEntering the machine type information\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Rewrite the firmware.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Replace CPUB.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Replace STRGB.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. If the above actions do not solve the problem, contact KM.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
