Trouble detection condition<\/td>After a predetermined period of time after the warm-up stage is started, the heating roller thermistor 1 (TH1) voltage does not decrease by predetermined steps (temperature rise) within a predetermined period of time.<\/td><\/tr>

 Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).<\/li>
  2. Check the open\/close operation of the right door.<\/li>
  3. Check the fusing unit-MFPB CN22E for proper connection and correct or change as necessary. (bizhub 558)<\/li>
  4. Check the fusing unit-MFPB CN12E for proper connection and correct or change as necessary. (bizhub 458)<\/li>
  5. Check the connector between TEMS\/1-relay CN109-MFPB CN15E for proper connection and correct as necessary. (bizhub 558)<\/li>
  6. Replace the fusing unit. (bizhub 558<\/a>\u00a0Part# A9E8030 \/\u00a0bizhub 458<\/a>\u00a0Part# A79MR70200)<\/li>
  7. Replace IHPU.<\/a>\u00a0(bizhub 558 only)(Part# A8KNM40A02)<\/li>
  8. MFPB F12E conduction check<\/li>
  9. Replace MFPB.<\/a> (558 Part# A9HGH02102 \/ 458 Part# A9HHH02102) <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
