Procedure
- Remove the tray and check to see if a piece of paper is not left inside the machine.
- Check the connector between M113-PCCB CN6C for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector of M113 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector between PS116-relay CN24-PCCB CN4 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
- PS116 I/O check, sensor check
- Control signal: PCCB CN4-3 (ON)
- Location of electrical component: PC-116/PC-216 7-C
- M113 load check
- Check code: 23
- Multi code: 6
- Control signal: PCCB CN6C-8 to 9
- Location of electrical component: PC-116/PC-216 2-C
- Replace M113. (Part# 9J06M10300)
- Replace PCCB. (PC-116 Part# AAV5H00101 / PC-216 Part# AAV5H00201)
- Replace CPUB. (C450i Part# AA7RH02P02 / C550i Part# AA7PH02P01 / C650i Part# AA7NH02P03)
- Replace BASEB. (Part# AA7NH02102)

- Check the connector of M143 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector between PS156-relay CN25-PCCB CN7 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.

- Control signal: PCCB CN7-9 (ON)

- M143 load check
- Check code: 23
- Multi code: 6
