Procedure
- Check the connector between M5-FSCB J4 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector of M5 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector between PS14-FSCB J4 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- PS14 I/O check, sensor check
- Control signal: FSCB J4<B>-7 (ON)
- Location of electrical component: FS-539/FS-539SD 15-C
- M5 operation check
- Control signal: FSCB J4<A>-12 to 15
- Location of electrical component: FS-539/FS-539SD 14-C
- Replace M5. (Part# A3EPPP5500)
- Replace FSCB. (Part# AAR4PP8201)
When FS-540 or FS-540SD is installed

Procedure
- Check the connector between M9-relay CN13B-FSCB J14 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector of M9 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector between PS25-relay CN13B-FSCB J14 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- PS25 I/O check, sensor check
- Control signal: FSCB J14<B>-13 (ON)
- Location of electrical component: FS-540/FS-540SD 16-K to L
- M9 operation check
- Control signal: FSCB J14<B>-7 to 10
- Location of electrical component: FS-540/FS-540SD 17-K to L
- Replace M9. (Part# A87HPPA600)
- Replace FSCB. (Part# AAR5PPD401)
