Trouble typeC2155: Transfer belt contact fault after K pressure established

Trouble detection conditionC2155: The 1st transfer pressure sensor (SW4) is turned OFF after the lapse of given time after the retraction operation is finished.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• Color motor (M2) 
• 1st transfer pressure clutch (CL1) 
• 1st transfer pressure switch (SW4) 
• CPU board (CPUB) 
• Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between M2-BASEB CN17E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of M2 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. Check the connector between SW4-BASEB CN18E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check the connector between CL1-relay CN13-BASEB CN18E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  6. SW4 I/O check, sensor check
    • Control signal: BASEB CN18E-3 (ON)
    • Location of electrical component: 2-C
  7. CL1 load check
    • Check code: 24
    • Multi code: 1
    • Control signal: BASEB CN18E-4 (ON)
    • Location of electrical component: 2-C
  8. M2 load check
    • Check code: 41
    • Multi code: 1, 2
    • Control signal: BASEB CN17E-11 to 15
    • Location of electrical component: 1-C
  9. Replace M2. (Part# AA2JM11100)
  10. Replace CPUB. (Part# A93EH01004)
  11. Replace BASEB. (Part# A93EH02007)
