Procedure
- Clean the PS23 if it has toner or paper dust, etc.
- Replacing the waste toner box. (Part# A0XPWY6)
- Check the connector between M20-PHRYB CN12 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector of M20 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector between PS23-MFPB CN4E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- PS23 I/O check, sensor check
- Control signal: MFPB CN4E<A>-12 (ON)
- Location of electrical component: 16-C
- M20 load check
- Check code: 44
- Multi code: 0
- Control signal: PHRYB CN12-6 to 9
- Location of electrical component: 9-B
- Replace M20. (Part# A00JM12100)
- PHRYB ICP6 conduction check.
- Replace PHRYB. (Part# A8JEH00301)
- MFPB F2E conduction check
