Trouble detection conditionThe motor lock signal remains LOW for a predetermined continuous period of time while the motor remains stationary.

 Procedure

  1. Check the connector between M16-MFPB CN10E, CN16E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of M16 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. M16 load check
    • Check code: 41
    • Multi code: 2, 3, 4
    • Control signal: MFPB CN10E<B>-3 (REM), MFPB CN10E<B>-6 (LOCK), MFPB CN16E-3 (DC24V)
    • Location of electrical component: 5-K
  4. Replace M16. (Part# A8JEM10000)
  5. Replace the imaging unit/Y,M,C. (C Part# A9K70KD, M Part# A9K70ED, Y Part# A9K708D)
  6. MFPB F9E conduction check
  7. Replace MFPB. (Part# A8JEH02002)
