Trouble typeC2255: Developing motor failure to turn

Trouble detection conditionThe control circuit detects motor failure to turn while the motor is turning.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Developing motor (M27)
-CPU board (CPUB)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between M27-BASEB CN19E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of M27 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  4. M27 load check
    • Check code: 50
    • Multi code: 1, 2, 3, 4 (bizhub C650i), 1, 3, 4 (bizhub C550i), 1, 2, 4 (bizhub C450i)
    • Control signal: BASEB CN19EB-6 to 10
    • Location of electrical component: 2-C
  5. Replace M27. (Part# AA2JM11000)
  6. Replace CPUB. (C450i Part# AA7RH02P02 / C550i Part# AA7PH02P01 / C650i Part# AA7NH02P03)
  7. Replace BASEB. (Part# AA7NH02102)
