Trouble type	C2256: Developing motor turning at abnormal timing

Trouble detection condition	The motor lock signal remains LOW for a predetermined continuous period of time while the motor remains stationary.
Trouble isolation	–
Relevant electrical parts	• Developing motor (M21)  • MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

1. Check the connector between M21-MFPB CN7E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
2. Check the connector of M21 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
3. M21 operation check
   • Control signal: MFPB CN7E-5 (REM), MFPB CN7E-8 (LOCK)
   • Location of electrical component: 3-C
4. Replace M21. (Part# A7PUM10100)
5. Replace MFPB. (Part# A7PUH02123)
