Trouble detection conditionThe motor lock signal remains LOW for a predetermined continuous period of time while the motor remains stationary.

 Procedure

  1. Check the connector between M17-MFPB CN10E, CN16E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of M17 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. M17 load check
    • Check code: 50
    • Multi code: 2, 3, 4
    • Control signal: MFPB CN16E-1 (DC24V), MFPB CN10E<B>-9 (START/STOP)
    • Location of electrical component: 6-K
  4. Replace M17. (Part# A61DM10301)
  5. Replace the imaging unit/Y,M,C. (C Part# A9K70KD, M Part# A9K70ED, Y Part# A9K708D)
  6. MFPB F9E conduction check
  7. Replace MFPB. (Part# A8JEH02002)
