Trouble typeC2353: IU cooling fan failure to turn

Trouble detection conditionThe fan lock signal remains HIGH for a predetermined continuous period of time while the fan is turning.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-IU cooling fan (FM15)
-PH relay board (PHRYB)

 Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM15-relay CN707-PHRYB CN13 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the fan for possible overload and correct as necessary.
  3. FM15 load check
    • Check code: 42
    • Multi code: 4
    • Control signal: PHRYB CN13-1 (DRIVE), PHRYB CN13-3 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 8-B
  4. Replace FM15. (Part# 9313110033)
  5. PHRYB ICP6 conduction check.
  6. Replace PHRYB. (Part# A8JEH00301)
