Trouble typeC255B: Yellow TCR sensor adjustment failure

Trouble detection conditionTCR sensor automatic adjustment does not function properly, failing to adjust to an appropriate value.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• Imaging unit/C,M,Y,K 
• CPU board (CPUB) 
• Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Reinstall the imaging unit.
  2. Check the connector between the imaging unit/Y-relay CN7-BASEB CN14E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  4. Replace the corresponding imaging unit. C4000i/C3300i (C Part# AAJV0HE, M Part# AAJV0CE, Y Part# AAJV06E , K Part# AAJV01E)
  5. Replace CPUB. (C4000i Part# Part# AAJRH01005 / C3300i Part# AAJTH01005)
  6. Replace BASEB. (Part# AAJRH02005)
