Trouble typeC255C: Black TCR sensor adjustment failure

Trouble detection conditionTCR sensor automatic adjustment does not function properly, failing to adjust to an appropriate value.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• Imaging unit/C,M,Y,K 
• CPU board (CPUB) 
• Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Reinstall the imaging unit.
  2. Check the connector between the imaging unit/K-relay CN6-BASEB CN14E for proper connection and correct as necessary. (C255C)
  3. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  4. Replace the corresponding imaging unit.
  5. Replace CPUB. (Part# A93EH01004)
  6. Replace BASEB. (Part# A93EH02007)
