Trouble typeC2561: Cyan TCR sensor failure

Trouble detection conditionThe TCR sensor input is 0.
This detection is used for detecting disconnection of TCR sensor connector.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Imaging unit/C
-Imaging unit/M
-Imaging unit/Y
-PH relay board (PHRYB)

 Procedure

  1. Reinstall the imaging unit/Y,M,C.
  2. Reinstall developing unit/K.
  3. Check the connector between the developing unit/K-relay CN214-PHRYB CN2 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check the connector between the imaging unit/Y-relay CN204-PHRYB CN5 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Check the connector between the imaging unit/M-relay CN207-PHRYB CN5 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  6. Check the connector between the imaging unit/C-relay CN211-PHRYB CN5 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  7. Replace the imaging unit. (Part# A9K70KD)
  8. PHRYB ICP1 or ICP7 conduction check.
  9. Replace PHRYB. (Part# A8JEH00301)
