Procedure
- Check the connector between ERB CN1-BASEB CN20E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
- Replace CPUB. (Part# AAJRH01005)
- Replace BASEB. (Part# A93EH02007)
- Replace ERB. (Part# AA2JH00C00)
- 1. Replace the current ERB with a new one.
- 2. Replace the following components with new ones.
- When the transfer belt unit, transfer roller and the fusing unit have been replaced with new ones, perform [Service Mode] -> [Counter] -> [Life] -> [New Release].
- Imaging unit (C Part# AAJV0HE, M Part# AAJV0CE, Y Part# AAJV06E, K Part# AAJV01E)
- Transfer belt unit (Part# AAJRR70100)
- Fusing unit (Part# AAJRR70300)
- Transfer roller (Part# AAJRR70500)
- Feed roller (Part# A64J564101/Part# A64J564201), pick-up roller (Part# A64J564201), separation roller (including options) (Part# A00J563600)
- Separation pad (Part# AAJRR72200)
- Toner filter (Part# A92E158100)
- 3. Turn ON the main power switch and check to see that warm-up is started.
- Make sure that trouble codes other than C2650 or improper IU/TC placement is not detected.
- 4. Make the specified readjustments.
- If the above actions do not solve the problem, contact KM.
