Procedure
- Clean the connection between the toner cartridge and the main body if dirty.
- Check the connector between the toner cartridge-relay CN79-EXCB CN5 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Reinstall the toner cartridge.
- Check the harness for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Replace the toner cartridge. (C Part# A9E8430, M Part# A9E8330, Y Part# A9E8230 , K Part# A9E8130)
- Replace EXCB. (Part# A79JH00500)
