Procedure
- Reinstall the toner cartridge.
- Clean the connection between the toner cartridge and the main body if dirty.
- Check the connector between the toner cartridge/Y-relay CN100-BASEB CN11E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
- Replace the corresponding toner cartridge. (C Part# AAJW431, M Part# AAJW331, Y Part# AAJW231 , K Part# AAJW131)
- Replace CPUB. (C4000i Part# Part# AAJRH01005 / C3300i Part# AAJTH01005)
- Replace BASEB. (Part# AAJRH02005)
