Procedure
- Reinstall the toner cartridge.
- Clean the connection between the toner cartridge and the main body if dirty.
- Check the connector between the toner cartridge/K-BASEB CN11E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
- Replace the toner cartridge. TNP90 (Part# ACTD030)
- Replace CPUB. (Part# ACT9H01003)
- Replace BASEB.
