Trouble detection conditionThe control circuit detects motor failure to turn while the motor is turning.
Trouble isolation–

-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).
  2. Check the open/close operation of the right door.
  3. Check the connector between M3-BASEB CN19E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check the M3 for possible overload and correct as necessary.
  5. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  6. M3 load check
    • Check code: 45
    • Multi code: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 (bizhub C650i), 1, 3, 4, 6 (bizhub C550i), 1, 2, 4, 6 (bizhub C450i)
    • Control signal: BASEB CN19EA-6 to 10
    • Location of electrical component: 1-C
  7. Replace M3. (Part# AA2JM11100)
  8. Replace the fusing unit. (C650i/C550i Part# AA7NR70200 / C450i Part# AA7RR70700)
  9. Replace CPUB. (C450i Part# AA7RH02P02 / C550i Part# AA7PH02P01 / C650i Part# AA7NH02P03)
  10. Replace BASEB. (Part# AA7NH02102)
