Trouble typeC3203: Fusing motor torque failure

Trouble detection conditionWhen the printing ends, the fusing motor torque value exceeds the predetermined value.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Fusing motor (M3)
-CPU board (CPUB)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between M3-BASEB CN19E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of M3 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  4. M3 load check
    • Check code: 45
    • Multi code: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 (bizhub C650i), 1, 3, 4, 6 (bizhub C550i), 1, 2, 4, 6 (bizhub C450i)
    • Control signal: BASEB CN19EA-6 to 10
    • Location of electrical component: 1-C
  5. Replace M3. (Part# AA2JM11100)
  6. Replace CPUB. (C450i Part# AA7RH02P02 / C550i Part# AA7PH02P01 / C650i Part# AA7NH02P03)
  7. Replace BASEB. (Part# AA7NH02102)
