Trouble typeC3306: Fusing edge cooling fan/Fr failure to turn

Trouble detection conditionThe fan lock signal remains Low for a predetermined continuous period of time while the fan is turning.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Fusing edge cooling fan/Fr (FM21)
-CPU board (CPUB)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM21-relay CN162-relay CN161-BASEB CN22E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the fan for possible overload and correct as necessary.
  3. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  4. FM21 load check
    • Check code: 42
    • Multi code: 19, 20
    • Control signal: BASEB CN22E-13 (REM), BASEB CN22E-15 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 12-C
  5. Replace FM21. AA7NM10H00
  6. Replace CPUB. (Part# ACKNH02P03)
  7. Replace BASEB.(Part# ACKNH02101)
