Trouble type	C3310: Output tray exhaust fan’s failure to turn (bizhub 958/808, bizhub PRO 958 only)

Trouble detection condition	The fan lock signal remains HIGH for a predetermined continuous period of time while the fan is turning.
Trouble isolation	–
Relevant electrical parts	• Output tray exhaust fan (FM18) • MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

1. Check the connector between FM18-relay CN701-MFPB CN18E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
2. Check the fan for possible overload and correct as necessary.
3. FM18 operation check
   • Control signal: MFPB CN18E-8 (LOCK)
   • Location of electrical component: 16-K
4. Replace FM18. ( A0P0M14200 )
5. MFPB F7E conduction check
6. Replace MFPB. ( A796H02003 )
