Trouble typeC3825: Fusing abnormally low temperature detection (Main of the heating roller)

Trouble detection conditionThe heating roller temperature sensor1 (TEMS/1) or heating roller thermistor1 (TH1) continues to detect a temperature lower than a predetermined one for a predetermined period of time.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• Fusing unit 
• (bizhub C658/C558): Heating roller temperature sensor1 (TEMS/1)
• (bizhub C458): Heating roller thermistor1 (TH1)
• IH power supply (IHPU) (bizhub C658/C558 only) 
• MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).
  2. Check the open/close operation of the right door.
  3. Check the fusing unit-MFPB CN22E for proper connection and correct or change as necessary. (bizhub C658/C558)
  4. Check the fusing unit-MFPB CN12E for proper connection and correct or change as necessary. (bizhub C458)
  5. Check the connector between TEMS/1-relay CN109-MFPB CN15E for proper connection and correct as necessary. (bizhub C658/C558)
  6. Check the connector between TEMS/2-relay CN138-MFPB CN15E for proper connection and correct as necessary. (bizhub C658/C558)
  7. Replace the fusing unit. (bizhub C658/C558 Part# A79JR71066 / bizhub C458 Part# A79MR70222)
  8. Replace IHPU. (bizhub C658/C558 only) (Part# A8KNM40A02)
  9. MFPB F12E conduction check
  10. Replace MFPB. (C458 Part# A79MH02102 / C558 or C658 Part # A79JH02102)
