Trouble typeC4101: Polygon motor rotation trouble

Trouble detection condition• The polygon motor fails to turn stably even after the lapse of a given period of time after activating and changing rotation speed the polygon motor.
• Motor lock signal detects HIGH for a given period time consecutively during the polygon motor is rotating.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• PH unit
• Expansion control board (EXCB)
• CPU board (CPUB)
• Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between the PH unit-relay CN306-EXCB CN10EX for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector between EXCB CN2EX-BASEB CN12E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  4. Replace the PH unit. (Part# AA2JR71500)
  5. Replace EXCB. (Part# AA2JH00500)
  6. Replace CPUB. (Part# AA2JH02N06)
  7. Replace BASEB.(Part# AA2JH02005)
