Trouble type	C5304: IH power supply cooling fans failure to turn

Trouble detection condition	The fan lock signal remains HIGH for a predetermined continuous period of time while the fan is turning.
Trouble isolation	–
Relevant electrical parts	• IH power supply cooling fan (FM10) • MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

1. Check the connector between FM10-relay CN293-MFPB CN18E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
2. Check the fan for possible overload and correct as necessary.
3. FM10 operation check
   • Control signal: MFPB CN18E-13 (DRIVE), MFPB CN18E-14 (LOCK)
   • Location of electrical component: 15-K
4. Replace FM10. (Part# 9J03M10000)
5. MFPB F7E conduction check
6. Replace MFPB. (Part# A796H02003)
