Trouble detection conditionThe fan lock signal remains HIGH for a predetermined continuous period of time while the fan is turning.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-IH coil cooling fan (FM11)
-Process drive board (PDB)

 Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM11-relay CN324-PDB CN10 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the fan for possible overload and correct as necessary.
  3. FM11 load check
    • Check code: 42
    • Multi code: 7, 8
    • Control signal: PDB CN10-4 (DRIVE), PDB CN10-6 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 18-X
  4. Replace FM11. (Part# 9313100072)
  5. PDB F4 conduction check
  6. Replace PDB. (Part# A8JEH00400)
