Trouble typeC5356: Machine internal cooling fan failure to turn

Trouble detection conditionThe fan lock signal remains Low for a predetermined continuous period of time while the fan is turning.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Machine internal cooling fan (FM25)
-Expansion control board (EXCB)
-CPU board (CPUB)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM25-relay CN402-BASEB CN1400E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the fan for possible overload and correct as necessary.
  3. Check the connector between EXCB CN2EX-BASEB CN12E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  5. FM25 load check
    • Check code: 42
    • Multi code: 25, 26
    • Control signal: BASEB CN1400E-1 (REM), BASEB CN1400E-3 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 22-K
  6. Replace FM25. (Part# 9313130051)
  7. Replace EXCB. (Part# AA7NH00500)
  8. Replace CPUB. (Part# ACKNH02P03)
  9. Replace BASEB. (Part# ACKNH02101)
