Trouble typeC5501: AC signal abnormality

Trouble detection conditionThe zero cross signal is not input.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• Fusing unit
• DC power supply (DCPS)
• CPU board (CPUB)
• Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).
  2. Check the connector between DCPS CN6-BASEB CN1E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Check the connector between the fusing unit-relay CN2-DCPS CN2 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  5. Replace the fusing unit. ( AAJRR70300 )
  6. Replace CPUB. ( A93EH01004 )
  7. Replace BASEB. ( A93EH02007 )
  8. Replace DCPS. ( AAJRR70600)
