Trouble detection conditionA disagreement in PH unit configuration is detected.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• PH unit
• MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Check the type of the installed PH unit and replace it if it is a wrong one.
  2. Check the connector between the PH unit-MFPB for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Replace MFPB. (Part# A7PUH02123)
