Trouble typeC6001: DF related configuration error 1

Trouble detection conditionInconsistency in the configuration with the installed DF is detected on the main body.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• DF control board (DFCB)
• Dual scan image processing board (DSIPB)
• MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Check the type of the installed DF and replace it if it is a wrong one.
  2. Check to see the [Service mode] -> [System 2] -> [ADF Settings] is correct. It corrects, when a model is different.
  3. Correct the harness connection between DFCB and DSIPB if faulty.
  4. Check the connector between DSIPB CN01-MFPB CN22 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Replace DFCB. (Part# A85GPP0M00)
  6. Replace DSIPB. (Part# A7PUH02A01)
  7. Replace MFPB. (Part# AA6VH02101)
