Trouble detection conditionImage data is not input from the scanner to the MFP board (MFPB).

Relevant electrical parts• MFP board (MFPB)
• CCD board (CCDB)

 Procedure

  1. Select [Service Mode] -> [State Confirmation] -> [Memory/Storage Adjustment] -> [Memory Bus Check] -> [Scanner -> Memory], and conduct the memory bus function.
  2. Check the connector between CCDB PJ3-MFPB CN1 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Replace CCDB. (Part# A795R71000)
  4. Replace MFPB. (658e/558e Part# AA6RH02103 / 458e Part# AA6UH02101)
