Trouble typeC6753: ASIC clock input error (back side)

Trouble detection conditionWhen starting the machine, verification on reading and writing the predetermined value for image processing ASIC on dual scan image processing board (DSIPB) was conducted, and verification failure was detected.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• CIS module (CIS)
• Dual scan image processing board (DSIPB)
• MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Correct the harness connection between CIS J101-DSIPB CN2 if faulty.
  2. Correct the harness connection between DSIPB CN1-MFPB CN24 if faulty.
  3. Replace CIS. (Part# A782R70200)
  4. Replace DSIPB. (Part# A9HGH02A00)
  5. Replace MFPB. (658e/558e Part# AA6RH02103 / 458e Part# AA6UH02101)
