Trouble typeC6756: CIS power-supply voltage malfunction

Trouble detection conditionPower is not supplied to CIS after the lapse of a given period of time after the main power switch or power key is turned ON or the machine recovers from the sleep mode.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-CIS module (IR CIS)
-DC power supply (DCPS)
-CPU board (CPUB)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between IR CIS-BASEB CN6 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector between BASEB CN2E-DCPS CN5 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  4. Replace IR CIS. (Part# AAJNR71200)
  5. Replace CPUB. (Part# ACT9H01003)
  6. Replace BASEB.
    4750i (Part# ACT9H02013)
    4050i (Part# ACT9H02002)
  7. Replace DCPS. (Part# AAJRR70600)
