Trouble typeC6756: CIS power-supply voltage malfunction

Trouble detection conditionPower is not supplied to CIS after the lapse of a given period of time after the main power switch or power key is turned ON or the machine recovers from the sleep mode.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• CIS module (IR CIS)
• DC power supply (DCPS)
• CPU board (CPUB)
• Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between BASEB CN2E-DCPS CN5 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  3. Replace IR CIS. (Part# AAJNR71200)
  4. Replace CPUB. (Part# A93EH01004)
  5. Replace BASEB. (Part# A93EH02007)
  6. Replace DCPS. (Part# AAJRR70600)
