Trouble typeC6901: DSC board mount failure 1 (When SC-509 is installed)

Trouble detection conditionWhen MFP detects that DSC board/1 (front side) is not properly installed.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• DSC board/1 (DSCB/1; SC-509)
• CPU board (CPUB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between DSCB/1 CN1-CPUB CN9 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Replace DSCB/1 (Part# AA2JH02900)
  3. Replace CPUB. (Part# AA2JH02N06)
