Trouble detection conditionWhen MFP detects that DSC board/1 (back side) is not properly installed.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-DSC board/1 (DSCB/1; SC-509)
-CPU board (CPUB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between DSCB/1 CN1-CPUB CN9 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Replace DSCB/1. (Part# AA2JH02900)
  3. Replace CPUB. (C650i Part# AA7NH02P03 / C550i Part# AA7PH02P01 / C450i Part# AA7RH02P02)
