Trouble typeC7137: Toner supply motor/K failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the motor, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– Toner supply motor/K (M12)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between M12-relay CN258-BASEB CN18E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of M12 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. M12 conduction check.
    • Control signal: BASEB CN18E-10 to 13
    • Location of electrical component: 14-K
  4. Replace M12.
  5. Replace BASEB.
