Trouble typeC7312: Toner suction fan failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the fan, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Toner suction fan (FM11)
-Expansion control board (EXCB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM11-relay CN62-relay CN63-EXCB CN15EX for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of FM11 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. FM11 conduction check.
    • Control signal: EXCB CN15EX-1 (REM), EXCB CN15EX-3 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 25-X
  4. Replace FM11. (Part# A93EM10600)
  5. Replace EXCB. (Part# AA2JH00500)
