Trouble typeC7317: Tacking fan/Fr failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the fan, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Tacking fan/Fr (FM23)
-Expansion control board (EXCB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM23-relay CN711-relay CN710-EXCB CN15EX for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the fan for possible overload and correct as necessary.
  3. FM23 conduction check.
    • Control signal: EXCB CN15EX-4 (REM), EXCB CN15EX-6 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 26-X
  4. Replace FM23. (Part# A93EM10000)
  5. Replace EXCB. (Part# AC74H00501)
