Trouble detection conditionThe tray 1 upper limit sensor (PS25) does not change even after the lapse of a predetermined period of time after tray 1 is opened and closed, after C-0202 (Tray 1 feeder up/down abnormality) is detected.
Trouble isolationTray 1
Relevant electrical parts-Tray 1 upper limit sensor (PS25)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between PS25-relay CN30-BASEB CN26E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Replace PS25. (Part# A5C1M50100)
  3. Replace BASEB. (Part# AC74H02101)
