Trouble typeC760A: Power line A10 error

Trouble detection conditionThe fuse detection unit detected an error for a predetermined time.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– Toner supply motor/K (M12)
– Toner cartridge motor/K (M14)
– 1st transfer pressure motor (M21)
– Toner cartridge cooling fan/2 (FM11)
– IU cooling fan/in (FM16)
– Output tray exhaust fan (FM18)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. BASEB F7E conduction check.
  2. Check the connector between M12-relay CN258-BASEB CN18E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Check the connector between M14-relay CN321-relay CN428-BASEB CN19E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check the connector between M21-relay CN428-BASEB CN19E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Check the connector between FM11-relay CN821-BASEB CN18E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  6. Check the connector between FM16-relay CN700-BASEB CN18E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  7. Check the connector between FM18-relay CN701-BASEB CN18E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  8. M12 load check
    • Control signal: BASEB CN18E-10 to 13
    • Location of electrical component: 14-K
  9. Replace M12.
  10. M14 load check
    • Control signal: BASEB CN19E-1 to 4
    • Location of electrical component: 2-K
  11. Replace M14.
  12. M21 load check
    • Check code: 24
    • Multi code: 1, 2, 3
    • Control signal: BASEB CN19E-5 to 8
    • Location of electrical component: 2-K
  13. Replace M21.
  14. FM11 load check
    • Check code: 42
    • Multi code: 32
    • Control signal: BASEB CN18E-1 to 3
    • Location of electrical component: 15-K
  15. Replace FM11.
  16. FM16 load check
    • Check code: 42
    • Multi code: 3
    • Control signal: BASEB CN18E-7 to 9
    • Location of electrical component: 14-K
  17. Replace FM16.
  18. FM18 load check
    • Check code: 42
    • Multi code: 25, 26
    • Control signal: BASEB CN18E-4 to 6
    • Location of electrical component: 14-K
  19. Replace FM18.
  20. Replace BASEB.
