Trouble typeC760D: Power line A13 error

Trouble detection conditionThe fuse detection unit detected an error for a predetermined time.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– DF control board (DFCB)
– Scanner drive board (SCDB)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. BASEB F1E conduction check.
  2. BASEB F3E conduction check.
  3. Check the connector between SCDB CN1-BASEB CN64E, SCDB CN2-BASEB CN1E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check the connector between DFCB CN1-relay CN1DF-BASEB CN63E, DFCB CN12-relay CN2DF-BASEB CN1E, DFCB CN12-relay CN3DF-BASEB CN1E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Replace SCDB.
  6. Replace DFCB.
  7. Replace BASEB.
